GiddyUpGenie is an app studio founded by Joe and Margie Arnett. We build technology for the communities we belong to—starting with SnapStat, an effortless stat tracking app for high school football, launching in 2026.

From our roots helping small businesses with digital marketing to our current focus on building apps that solve real problems, our mission has always been the same: demystify technology and make it just work.

Joe Arnett — Co-Founder

Joe Arnett holds a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications and spent a decade managing Educational Support Services at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. A football coach since 2009, Joe combines his technical expertise with firsthand understanding of the problems he's solving. After surviving a near-fatal motorcycle accident in 2014, he pivoted GiddyUpGenie from services to product development, focusing on building sustainable technology that works.

Margie Arnett — Co-Founder

Margie Arnett is an international speaker who has presented on social media at conferences across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. A published researcher in peer-reviewed scientific journals, she is also an author, musician, and dedicated community volunteer. Her awards include Citizen of Achievement from the League of Women Voters and Woman of Distinction from the California State Senate & Assembly.
